IS THE PAYMENT SECURE?

Yes, our payment system is totally secure.

Credit card transactions are carried out via our Stripe and PayPal online payment management providers, which are a benchmark for the safety of Internet transactions.

We also benefit from https protection as well as McAffee certification, ensuring full safety of our customers’ personal data.

We guarantee that Kalina Beauty will not have access to your bank details.

WHAT IS your DELIVERY TIME?

Generally, our delivery time varies between 5 and 7 working days, but strong demand for our product during a promotion period extends the delivery time to ~ 10-15 working days.

We processes orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 7 business days of ordering and shipped out the next day after the processing day. We don't ship on weekends.

 

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

DO YOU HAVE A REFUND POLICY?

We do our best to solve any problems that our customers might encounter with their order.

If you still wish to receive a refund on your order, we can of course fulfill the refund, in case the appeal is made within 30 calendar days from the date of the order.
